"The party has just lost two by-elections in crucial seats, and the main reason given by those who voted against them was Boris Johnson's leadership," he stresses.,But the problem of how to remove Johnson from office if he will not quit remains.,"Currently the party's rules make it impossible to hold a vote of confidence for another year," Garnett points out. "It is very likely that those rules will be changed within the next ten days". 四 | 据判决书公布的情况，邹翔任职期间，曾利用职务便利将该基金账户投资股票的品种、动向等未公开信息，泄露给其弟邹凡，进而指使邹凡利用实际控制的“邹凡”、“田某”两个证券账户进行趋同交易，非法获利共计2355.04万元。据深交所与上交分别出具的涉案私人账户与“诺安先锋”基金趋同汇总表，证明涉案私人账户通过深圳证券交易所交易的股票共43支，与“诺安先锋”基金股票交易趋同交易的股票数20支，占比46.51%，趋同交易额2.18亿元。“邹凡”的私人账户通过上海证券交易所交易的股票共7支，与“诺安先锋”基金股票交易趋同交易的股票数3支，占比42.86%，趋同交易额19.87万元；“田某”的私人账户通过上海证券交易所交易的股票共53支，与“诺安先锋”基金股票交易趋同交易的股票数34支，占比64.15%，趋同交易额1.99亿元。据邹翔供述，其与邹凡二人会通过电话、微信、聚会等多种方式，就股票投资进行交流。邹翔会就其掌握分析的股票情况、业务进展等向邹凡进行股票推荐，并建议其买入或卖出相应股票。邹凡听从邹翔的建议进行证券交易，其买卖股票盈利后会分给邹翔部分。邹凡称，其与邹翔曾一起操作“邹凡”的股票账户，后因担心对邹翔有影响，故于2007年安排其亲属田某开设股票账户，供邹凡使用。

五 | 另有证人称，邹翔使用的“杨某”、“邹翔”账号下单均为邹翔本人操作，账号与密码均是他在使用。

六 | 2017年，邹翔因涉嫌犯利用未公开信息交易罪被重庆市公安局立案侦查。

七 | 为谋求从宽处理，向公职人员行贿350万元被立案调查后，为谋求在侦查阶段撤销案件或从宽处理，邹翔多次向国家机关工作人员行贿。

八 | 判决书显示，邹翔通过中间人请托该案承办人，时任重庆市公安局经济犯罪侦查总队五支队支队长王某予以关照和提供帮助。王某接受请托后，多次与邹翔商量如何降低涉案金额、泄露案件资料及案件办理情况。为此，邹翔于2017年5月至2019年4月期间，先后13次单独或委托曾某、唐某2等人送给王某共计350万元。从判决书披露的细节来看，2017年3月，曾某其经朋友介绍认识了邹翔与邹凡。他们因利用未公开信息交易被立案侦查，希望能得到从轻处理。曾某答应帮忙后，邹翔将装有100万元现金的拉杆帆布包放在其办公室，称是打点的费用。后曾某介绍唐某给邹翔两兄弟认识。过了一段时间，唐某称帮邹翔办事需要费用，曾某便将装有100万元现金的拉杆帆布包给了唐某。2017年4月下旬，邹翔、邹凡投案自首，王某为二人办理了取保候审手续。同年5月中旬，王某去北京出差期间，收受邹翔给予的20万元现金并承诺予以关照；此后直至2019年4月，又先后11次收到邹翔亲自给予的共计230万元。另外，2017年11月中下旬，王某在唐某家车库内，收受唐某代邹翔送的100万元现金。判决书显示，王某多次帮助邹翔分析案情，完善数据分析报告，并交给邹翔一份载有其在诺安公司任职期间管理数据的光盘，让邹翔尽快分析数据，降低涉案的获利金额。重庆市第一中级人民法院判决称，邹翔犯利用未公开信息交易罪、行贿罪、对有影响力的人行贿罪，决定执行有期徒刑11年，并处罚金1445万元。邹凡犯利用未公开信息交易罪，判处有期徒刑3年，并处罚金1000万元。对邹翔、邹凡违法所得人民币2355万依法予以追缴，上缴国库。返回搜狐，查看更多责任编辑：
